Cancellation Policy
Arash Massage requires a 24-Hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost for reschedules and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment cost for No-Show appointments. This includes appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you have a contagious illness or skin condition, please adhere to our cancellation policy in order to not put our therapist at risk. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 828-222-3731, Monday through Sunday 9:00am to 8:00pm. Cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in a charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
